Digital products: All sales of digital products are non-refundable. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on the purchase of digital items, as they are available and downloadable soon after purchase. Refunds on digital purchases will only be provided if a technical issue caused by the seller prevents the buyer from accessing the purchased product and the buyer notifies the seller at Litav@litavlangley.com within 48 hours of making the purchase.

Physical products: We are a small business and our products are produced in limited quantities. As such, we do not offer broad or open-ended returns. All sales are final unless you receive the wrong item or the purchase is damaged at the time you receive it. Please review your order carefully before purchasing and inspect it at time of pickup or delivery. Once items leave a pickup location they are considered accepted and final sale.
